Orbi RBR50 with ONT Cox internet

I previously had an RBR50 v1 with one satellite connected wirelessly with Verizon fios ONT at my previous apartment. I never had a single problem. I have moved and now have cox communication ONT. My new place has wired Ethernet connections and I have had so many connection problems. I also added a rbs 50 v2 satellite and flashed my RBR50 v1 to a satellite and my new main router is an RBR50 v2 Currently ONT -> RBR50 V2 ->Ethernet-> sattelites. I get the issue of WiFi connecting to the satellite but no internet. My question is this an issue with Cox, Ethernet connections, or new addition of satellites. To reiterate I previously had 0 issues with my setup now constant connection problems.

What Firmware version is currently loaded?

What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.

How are the RBS connected to the RBR via ethernet? Directly to the back of the RBR or is there a LAN switch in between them?

What CAT# lan cable are you using? CAT6 is recommended.

What is the Mfr and model# of the ethernet switch in the configuration?

What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?

What is the distance between the router and 📡 satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR and RBS📡 to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.

What channels are you using? Auto? Try Auto and 48 on 5Ghz. Or try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and 40 to 48 channel on 5Ghz.

Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?
