ORBI RBR50 with wifi 5 using Armor app drops connection

Problem:
I have Armor bitdfender installed on my iphone device using the ORBI RBR50 with 1 satellite. My device will hang as if it is not connected to wifi. This problem occurs intermittently and seems to be more prominent after the device has not been used for 5-10 minutes.
Work Around:
Pausing "armor app protection" then immediately "turn on armor app protection" seems to be a frustrating work around.
Support Proposed the following on Aug 14, 2021:
1. Remove Armor App
2. Remove Orbi App
3. Reset Router and Satellite to factory settings
4. Reinstall 1,2,3, in reverse order and use with factory settings unchanged.
Results:
Update August 16, 2021:
All 4 steps were completed on August 15, 2021. The “Bitdefender For Armor App” still has the same problem. I will repeat the problem I noted in every problem report since I initially installed the app…
Problem:
“The phone installed with the “Bitdefender for Armor App” on the device, hangs intermittently when activating any app requiring a website. The app seems to be more susceptible to hang on the web after the device has not been used for 5-10 minutes.”
Netgear Armor Apps:
I have included a picture of 2 different apps. One works properly and one does not. I have also included a picture of the ORBI app “offline” and a “website hanging “. See attachments…

Note on 2 Different Apps:
1. “Bitdefender for Armor App” does not function properly when installed on my device.
2. “VPN for Armor App” does work when installed on my device.

Other Complaints:
I have checked netgear community FAQ for similar problems with other people that used the Armor App. I found many people with the same problem reported in 2019. Unfortunately their was no solution.
Does anyone have a solution yet?

You are able to talk to support?  I certainly hope you call them back and say, "Case not closed."
