Orbi Rbr50v2 - it showing that my Internet is off-line when in fact it is online

Question

My Orby router is showing Internet is off-line.&nbsp;The Internet is in fact online.&nbsp;I have tried rebooting both the router and the Orbi device and it still shows off-line any suggestions

The router has a satellite attached to it Orbi50 as well as a secondary satellite the Orbi 20.

Both seem to be talking to the Orbi50 router however, the Internet light on the graphics display shows off-line from theInternet to the Orbi router which is magenta on the app that I'm using.

Which can cause all kinds of problems normaly we just see 2 routers on a network and its called a doulbe nat. OK so the home hub 2000 is the device that comes in off of my satellite which is outside.&nbsp;The label on the back of the Home Hub 2000 also says model fast 5250… It is the same device.( modem router Combo)&nbsp;I have a Cable running from the home hub 2000 down to a D-Link 24 port Switch&nbsp;There's a cable coming up from the D link 24 port switch to the back of my Orby 50 router.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
