Orbi RBS20 doesn't work

I'm very frustrated with our ORBI. We bought it back in April and it worked for about two weeks. I just now have the time and this website asks for the model number and it's not listed on either unit. It's the RBS20. Each time our wi-fi defaults to the ORBI and we try to access the internet, we get a message that the web site isn't found or we need to enter in a password to access it. Does anyone know how this can be fixed? Thank you in advance!

Most Orbi packages include at least one "router" and one "satellite" (some have more satellites).

The router (key to the system) will have a product number of RBR20 on the bottom.  This is the unit that must be connected to the ISP modem with an ethernet cable.

The satellite can have a product number RBS20.  It depends on the router to access the internet.

It sounds as if perhaps the router has been powered off or disconnected?

Thank you for responding. No, it's been plugged in, rebooted, and synced. Nothing works right.

Let's start over.  There IS one RBR20 router and one RBS20 satellite, correct?

Is the Orbi being configured with the (a) Orbi web interface, (b) the Orbi "app", or (c) is it simply "plugged in"?
