Orbi RBS20 flashing red power light

I updated the firmware on my RBR20 and two RBS20 satellites that I purchased two years ago. It worked fine the router and one of them, however the other one was not updated and the red power light on the back on the Orbi now just blinks red. It’s frustrating because prior to the firmware update they all were working fine. I’ve tried everything possible to fix it, factory resets and all. Nothing seems to be working. Please help!

    Review the user manual for LED behaviors and see what that indicates. 

    Swap around power supplies to see if this changes behavior.

    tell us about your firmware...before and after.....and why?

      It was my first time
      Updating my firmware since purchasing the orbis. I was on the phone with my isp and was having problems with the orbis dropping off the internet every 20 minutes. I logged into the app and saw a firmware update to v2.6.104. I pressed update and only the RBR20 and one of my RBS20s were able to be updated.

        the problem appears that you updated the firmware via the app...not good

         

        you may have to perform a factory reset.
