when i want to install the Orbi router , it is asking to connect through wifi of the Orbi rbs50 , the wifi and password is mentioned on the bottom of the device , BUT the wifi that is popping up on my laptop isnt the same name , so also the password isnt matching ... result i cant connect ! pls help

What Firmware is currently loaded?What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too? You should have a RBR50 as well. i could connect fianlly the Router but the sattelites want connect i ahve reset them , but the power button continues to blink red and i cant connect them at all .

Hold it in until the top led turns on AMBER then let go. Wait for the WHITE led to slowly pulsate, then press the black sync button on the back of the RBS and RBR. Wait for the top led on the RBS to turn BLUE. Let us know if you can get to this stage or not. the orbi router ha sthe latest upgrade but the satellite cant connect in no other way so impossible for me to see which firmware it has

You should have a RBR50 as well. The RBS is the satellite that needs to be connected to the base RBR router first.
