orbi rk 50 no internet connection

Hi,

 

new Orbi RK 50 router does buildc onnected to internet. Shows magenta color code on top. cable modem from Motorla. Any idea?

 

Length of cable from router to modem: 10 meters (Cat5).

 

btw. Internet connection works with my old netgear WNR220.

Location: Germany

 

Can anybody help?

    have you tried to factory reset the modem or clone the modems mac address?
