Orbi router interfering with cell signal

Hi, ever since we set up our Orbi wifi routers, our cell service in the house has been unusable. Today, I turned them off and the cell service went back up to 4G. Has anyone else had this issue, and if so how did you fix it. Any help will be appreciated!

    Haven't seen that here. I also have a microcell as well due to low main 4G singal at my home. The Orbi should not be interferring as the Orbi and 4G frequencies are completely different.

     

    What FW version are you using?

    Are you cell phones connected to the Orbis wifi while at home?

    What mfr and OS phones are you using?

    I have the exact same problem. Was using a Verizon router and switched over to Orbi; cell phones went from full bars to 1 or less and multiple dropped calls.

      And if you turn OFF the Orbi system, what do you see?

      I presume when you are testing this, that the phones are not wirelessly connected to the Orbi wifi at the time?
