Orbi Router

Question

We recently upgraded our modem. &nbsp;It is also in a different location. &nbsp;I follow the Orbi app instructions but when I get to the step where it instructs to connect to the Orbi Wifi, that Wifi system does not appear on my phone and the app says it does not recognize our new Wifi.I'm only moderately tech savvy but can follow what seem like simple instructions on the app.&nbsp;What am I doing wrong?&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;\

You will more than likely, since the Orbi router was connected to the previous modem, factory reset your Orbi router.

The old modem was ATT Arris BGW210. &nbsp;The router did work with this modemThe new modem is an ATT Smart Home Manager BGW320.

The app won't show the WIFI. You need to go on the phone's WIFI and sign into it.Did you reboot the&nbsp;BGW320 before setting up the Orbi?&nbsp;
