ORBI Satellite cannot connect
No matter what I do and where I place the satellite, even in areas where I have a strong WiFi signal from the base unit, it will not connect and always provides the magenta light. The base unit has the latest firmware, however, the satellite because it has never connected, does not.

Have you factory reset the Sat ?
all moden connected bu still not owrking
Thanks. Reset worked and I was then able to update firmware separately.
good to hear... if you update the software later, it was recommended to me to update the Sat first and then the Main..
Do this by the manual updating option ( download sw to computer first ) and not the automatic method
