Orbi satellite wall plug satellite is not working
The model is RBW 30 We have the router plus 2 satellites and the wall plug. When the RBW30 is plugged in it shows a pale purple color. I have tried to reset it. The color is amber and then goes to a solid pale purple and remains like this. We do not get internet near the unit. Thank you

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?What is the distance between the router and satellite(s)? 30 feet is recommended in between RBR and RBS to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected. https://kb.netgear.com/000036466/How-far-should-I-place-my-Orbi-satellite-from-my-Orbi-router
Try connecting the RBSW near or in the same room as the RBR. Factory reset and press the sync button on the RBS and RBR.
