You mention you have the "latest firmware". What is the firmware version number? Some people are having difficulty with v2.1.2.18. In fact, Netgear has recommended–if you're having problems–to downgrade back to v2.0.1.4. Also, how are your satellites configured? Do you have Daisy Chain selected? If so, try turning that off.
