Orbi service reduced suddenly - maybe licenses

Up until two weeks ago my Orbi RBR50 and sattelite worked perfectly. Firware updated, security was great and I could see which devies were connected at each level in either 5 or 2.4 mhz.

 

The RBR50 is still delivering internet - I just have no idea about security and who is connected to my network.

 

I purchased the Orbi Feb18 and if new licenses are needed, happy to pay, but havent had any notification.

 

My IOS app now wont display "Devices connected", run "Speedtest" nor show the network connections.

 

Netgear have my email/login - i have received no correspondence

 

I called the 0800 number today and after a few levels found that I couldnt get any support as I bought the router Feb18

 

Can anyone point me in the right direction?
