Orbi Speeds have slowed drastically

My wifi speeds have slowed dramatically recently.  I have comcast cable internet and when hardwired to the comcast modem I get speeds of 120mbs+.  The Orbi is only kicking out about 25-30 via wifi and when hardwired to orbi base.  I was getting speeds closer to 80mbps by wifi until recently.  I've tried rebooting the system and reconnecting the satellite but nothing has helped.  I'm not the most tech savvy guy but would really appreciate some help.  Not thrilled that they only support such an expensive product for 90 days.
