Orbi, Verizon Fios, and Lutron Smart Bridge

Equipment

Orbi RB854K (1 Router and 3 Satellites)

Verizon Fios Quantum Gateway Router Modem

Lutron Casetta Smart Bridge (L-BDG2-WH) and some Lutron Cassetta switches

I have been successfully using my Orbi WiFi 6 System with my Verizon Fios Quantum Gateway modem (WiFi turned off) with the Orbi in AP mode.  However, I recently purchased and installed some Lutron Casetta switches and have been unable to successfully connect a Smart Bridge directly to my Orbi Router so that it is recognized by the Lutron app on my phone (a pre-requisite to use switches with Alexa, Logitech Harmony, etc.)

The Lutron instructions indicate that the Smart Bridge needs to be directly connected to the Router via an ethernet cable.  My first attempt connected the Smart Bridge to my Orbi Router and kept the Orbi Router in AP mode. The Smart Bridge was not recognized by the Lutron App (although the device did show as connected in the Orbi admin panel).  I then switched my Orbi to Router mode and again was unable to have my Smart Bridge recognized by the Lutron app but it did show as connected in the Orbi Admin Panel.  This switch also caused some issues with my cable tv so I switched things back.

Is there a way to have Orbi in Router mode and also work with Verizon Fios?  In addition, to hopefully helping resolve the issue with the Lutron Smart Bridge I saw, when temporarily making the switch, it opened up more configuration and security capabilities within Orbi.  I will connect with Lutron but wanted to obtain some guidance from this forum first.  If anyone has experience with my setup (Fios, Orbi, and Lutron) I would welcome any suggestions you can provide to getting the Lutron Smart Bridge to work.

Thanks in advance for any guidance provided.
