Orbi Voice RBR50 Can't get Alexa Unable to apply settings
Was given a used Orbi RBR50 + Orbi Voice satellite.
When I go to add Alexa to the Orbi Voice and login to Amazon, it goes to Amazon web page and ask me to "allow to sign in to Netgear Orbi Voice".
I click on the "allow" button and it goes back to the Orbi app, asking me to choose language, which I do, click next and it starts spooling a progress bar "Amost there...applying your Orbi Voice settings" and then when it's all done, I get a "Unable to apply settings message...try later etc".
Despite numerous attempts, Alexa will not load. I'm stuck. Any ideas? I tried deleting the Amazon app so that it goes to the website via browser but result was the same.
The Orbi app is on my iphone.
The lastest firmware V2.5.1.16 was updated when installing.

At this point if it were me, I would factory reset the RBS40v and try again. When I installed mine, I factory reset and configured it for Orbi, as it was in extender mode out of the box.
I routinely factory reset Orbi products just to be sure the default setting have not been tampered with.
