What FW is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?
Besure to do a factory reset on the Orbi router and set up from scratch. Do not enable QoS speedtest, Traffic Meter or Access controls.
Wire speed test always first over wireless.
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and satellite(s)? 30 feet is recommended in between them to begin with depending upon building materials.
What channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and any unused channel on 5Ghz.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?
Try disabling the following and see:
MIMO, Daisy Chain, Fast Roaming, IPv6 and Set 20/40Mhz Coexistence to 40Mhz only. Save settings and reboot the router and satellite(s).

FW: 2.1.4.16
Xfinity - gigabit 900 mbps
Model:TG3482G
Vendor:ARRIS Group, Inc.
My house is roughly 2,000 sqft the main Orbi and the satellite and the main Orbi unit are about 100 feet from each other. When I've been testing I am in the same room as the main unit.
I did all of your suggestions below but I'm still coming up with the same results.
I'm pulling my hair out, unfortunately, it's been way past the time I can return the product.
