Orbi Wifi Speed slow for one specific device (Ethernet + Wifi)

Hi all,

I've had an Orbi wifi system for the past year and a half now and I am enjoying it very much. Speeds are consistent throughout whole household and fast for most devices. I have noticed that on my windows desktop the wifi seems to be capped at a speed of 30-40MBPS.   I used ethernet connected to the router, ethernet connected to the satellite, and wifi but all of them are stuck at the same speed. It's weird because I tested 30-40MBPS on google but on the xfinity speed test website, it was normal. However when I test speed on google for my other devices, the speed is same as xfinity speed test as well.
