Orbi WiFi System, does not recognize internet ethernet cable from FIOS Quantum Gateway
everything fine with setup, satellite connects, wifi connection good, however, told that the internet ethernet cable from FIOS Quantum Gateway is not recognized by the base orbi router, could it be a faulty female socket on orbi base, puzzled, unplugged Quantum many times from power source, not battery backup, rebooted, no success with internet connection, thanks for any suggestions
added comment to my paragraph above, the internet ethernet cable attached to Quantum was illuminated at that end, however, at female internet ethernet socket at base of Orbi no such light exhibited
