Orbi won t connect to the internet

I had the orbi for a year worked fine.

This morning it wouldn t connect to the internet. White flashing light then purple.

 

Checked my internet connection from modem and it it fine.

 

 

any idea what is wrong ?

    Do you have access to the Orbis web page?

    What FW version is currently loaded?

    Was a FW update done recently?

     

    What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem? Built in router here by chance?

      I could login to page. FW is the latest on both router and satellite. Don t know when it updated as I have auto update.

       

       

      my model is a Tp link. I had it for 2 years. No issues with orbi before.

       

      Could there be an issue with FW update ?

        What is the model# of the ISP modem?

         

        Try a power OFF of both Orbi router and satellite for 1 minute then power back on. If this does nothing, try a factory reset on both router and satellite and set up from scratch...
