Orbi WPS and Canon Selphy CP1200
Hi there
I want to connect my Canon Selphy CP1200 Wifi Printer to the new Orbi Access Point, but the Printer doesn't see the SSID
and also trying with WPS fails. I'm using standard settings/security (WPA2).
The Printer see's other Wifi Networks around my Apartment....
If somebody has a clue ....;-)
Thanks in advance and kind regards
Hi again!
It seems I solved my problem/question ;-) The Canon Selphy Printer expects that the Channel Range is between 1 - 11 (not Auto).
I set the 2,4 Ghz to Channel 10 and voila it works ;-))
Not really the best solution, but I can live with that !
Thanks anyway for taking the time to look into this ;-)
Kind regards !!

Have you tried restarting the printer so it's wifi can be reset?
Maybe then it will see the SSID of the Orbi.
Confirm that you can see the Orbi SSID on other devices?

Hi there !
Yes, I restarted the printer many times to no avail. Also all other devices I have can connect without issues.
That is a Windows 10 PC, 2 Mac's, IPad, iPhone and also my Sony Xperia M Phone work without a hitch.
So it's really this printer that gives me some headache's ;-)
Kind regards.
