The white Orbi cases are smooth plastic but soft unlike any other electronic plastic. How can they be cleaned? Specifically removing ball point ink scribbles by a toddler. Asking for a friend . . .

hi , it really depends if its ink type ball point pen or gel type but try
get amonia and a cotton bud and apply the amonia just to the actual ink and let it sit for a while and then use another cotton bud to dab it off
note : i have not tried this but suggest you do a small test sample on the back of the unit forst to make sure it doesnt effect the plastic
