What FW is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?
Is the Orbi system operating in Router or AP mode?
Be sure to connect the orbi directly to the ISP modem. Turn OFF the ISP modem and Orbi. Connect them together. Then power ON the ISP modem and let it sync. Power ON the Orbi router and let it come to ready and walk thru the setup wizard with a wired connected PC and web browser. Do a factory reset if you don't see the set up wizard first when you navigate to orbilogin.com.
