Is there a way to turn off the 2.4 GHz band or be able to select a channel.
Thank you,

Using the Orbi web interface, it is possible to:
- Reduce the transmit power of each WiFi band (2.4G and 5G separately)
- Stop broadcasting the SSID (each band separately)
- Select the channel (each band separately)
This is on the Advanced Tab->Advanced Setup->Wireless Setup
"Turn off completely". No.
One wonders what the desired result is. Is there some problem this is supposed to solve?

You can disable the SSID broadcast if this is what your need.
You can manually select channels for either radio. Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and any unused channel on 5Ghz. Basic Tab/Wireless settings.
