Can someone tell me why I can not use my user ID and password on my IPhone. Each time I try it tells me that account is already setup which is true. I set it up on my IMac. When I get my Orbi system on Wednesday I'll need to download the App on my IPhone and it wants me to set up another account...WHY ??

The "app" is sort of special, so there is a separate community forum devoted entirely to the app. People who participate in that forum are probably a lot more experienced with it than those of us who check this one. You may get a more informed response by posting there:
