Orbi

I need to log in to Orbi to change the connect to 2.4 GHZ and no 5G.  I try to logon to orbilogin.net and orbilogin.com and it tells me I am unautorized to enter the site and then it makes me change my password over and over again.  Help please.

    If you've lost or can't remember your Orbi login password you may need to perform  a factory reset.
