ORBI98 (RBR40) password

After some connection issues, I reset my Orbi98. Now I can't set a new password. It won't let me access the login if I'm not connected thru the orbi, but I can't connect thru the orbi without a password. I can find my RBR40 under My Products, but no option to reset the pw. If I try to go to orbilogin.com or .net, it tells me I'm not connected to the Orbi. My laptop tells me I am connected to it. Now I have no idea how to reset the password, so no mobile devices can connect to it.  Any solutions out there?  Thanks

    Wire connect a PC to the router and factory reset the router using the back push pin button. Hold it in for 15 seconds then let go. Wait for the WHITE led to slowly pulsate on top of the RBR, then log in to orbilogin.com using a web browser and walk thru the setup wizard. This time write down all important information for safe keeping later on.
