I have had this Mesh system just over a year. Things worked well for about 7 months then we noticed the system was not giving the speeds and coverage we had before.
I called Netgear and they checked everything including the latest software update and the satellite connection. Netgear said it was my provider not the system.
I called Xfinity and they sent a tech out and he said it was the Orbi system. So he connected a new modem/router from Xfinity and it works great.
Where do I go from here? I really don’t want to rent the equipment from Xfinity and I have the Orbi system that apparently Netgear could not figure it out and blamed it on the service.
Any advice would be appreciated.
