orbilogin.com 500 Error

Anyone having an issue loading the http://www.routerlogin.net/index.htm page? It renders some text but no buttons. Links at the "bottom" of the page are clickable but main menu items (Home, Internet, Wireless, etc) are just text with no underlying href it seems.

It might be a good idea to clear the browser cache, restart the Orbi router, and try again.

I was trying to avoid a restart of the router so as not to disrupt other users' experience, but this seems like my best next step.

Did you ever get this issue resolved? I'm having the same exact problem. I'm on firmware v2.3.5.26

  • Try a different browser.

    Also try Orbilogin.net instead...

  • In router mode your Orbi's DHCP is translating orbilogin.com or routerlogin.net into your Orbi's LAN IP.  Some browsers may dislike the mismatching security and produce results as described.

I have very occasionally seen the orbilogin.com page render slowly but usually it doesn't not persist.  Do you see this all the time?  If you access your admin website via http://192.168.1.1 (substitute your Orbi's LAN IP address if not 192.168.1.1) does it still do the same thing?
