Also jumping in to say that this situation is absurd. Spent nearly $500 on this system and it's been mediocre from day one. I should have returned it while I had the chance, but I was able to get it kind of working for a couple of weeks. Then more trash updates have been forced upon me, each one worse than the last. Here I am thinking it's my ISP throttling me or something (it's not.) I've had so much luck with other Netgear products. Orbi must be a crew of interns lead by B team leads who can't get their act together. Month after month.
