ORBIRBR20 DOES NOT SUPPORT SPECTRUM 400MB

Spectrum states that my router will not support their streaming service. Why not?

Thanks! The modem is a “Spectrum” modem, model, CM Mac or MTA MAC, A4CFD2E425B. The router is hardwired by CAT6 to the monitor. Not sure about the 4K, as both pieces of equipment are 2 years old.

    Spectrum” modem, model # please. Post a picture of the front and back of this modem.

      Thanks for your assist. I’ve connected the Orbi through the Spectrum router to the modem. All works well. When I connected the Orbi as a stand-alone, it would not pair with the modem.
