OrbiRBS20 satellite not found when trying to Sync

Question

I had to factory reset my router. Now when I try to synch my Orbi RBS20 router. The Orbi app says satellite not found. I moved the satellite to the same room as my router with no success. I tried to reset my satellite, but after pressing the reset button for 10+ seconds, a white light never flashes . Any suggestions?
