Password to my account at Netgear

I have misplaced/forgotten/didn't save my Orbi RBR40 router account password. I know the "routers PW to add devices etc."

 

I have gone thru a few steps of recovering it and have been asked 2 security questions. I have answered them faithfully, however the system says - not correct. Because I purchased this device along time ago, I can't speak with a live person to reset the password - what can I do?

    Wire connect a PC to the router and factory reset the router using the back push pin button. Hold it in for 15 seconds then let go. Wait for the WHITE led to slowly pulsate on top of the RBR, then log in to orbilogin.com using a web browser and walk thru the setup wizard. This time write down all important information for safe keeping later on.
