Overall it's up to NG to offer the support or not. If they don't then thats up to NG. It is what it is. If users don't like the fact that NG doesn't offer SSID separation support, then user need to find another Mfr that does.

I agree completely, I work closely with Product Management and Engineer at an enterprise software developer and if people don’t ask it will never get done. I’ve seen features that weren’t even on the radar get finished in a single dev cycle due to customer feedback.
Again I have no idea why 2.4 is so bad in my house with almost no interference but the backhaul speeds from the satellites are great. This brings up another issue I need to troubleshoot. Why is a 5G connection to a Satellite so much slower than the same device connected to the router, when the backhaul between the satellite and router is good.

Too many people have asked for this ability to separate the ssid for each band for Netgear to ignore.
How many people does it take to actually get a feature request implemented?
