Problem with registration for Orbi RBR50
I bought an RBR50 and two RBS50 mesh routers in April, 2017 and registered them on May 1, 2017. I have a copy of the accepted registration. When I log into my account now it says I have no products registered. When I try to re-register my product, I've gotten either "Error: Something went wrong! Please try again" (today) or ~"That device is already registered under a different account" (late last week).
All this came up when I tried to activiate NETGEAR Armor on the system. In that process you have to log into your NETGEAR account, and there was a failure at that point, I assume because it couldn't find the registered system.
How can I get this problem resolved?

I'd love to, but can't find a phone number anyplace. I sent an email about this problem to Customer Service 4 days ago and haven't had a response.
