Problems Connecting after SSID Change CBR40 - Please help
I have a CBR40 with two satellites, I changed the SSID to that of my old network so that all me devices would work and everything appeared to be working fine for a few months. Recently I have not been able to access the router via the Orbi app or my browser. The app cannot detect the router and remote login will not locate it either. When I use th Fing app, the router is located and IP is displayed as 192.168.1.1. Any suggestions on how I can access my router to update firmware, change settings, etc.?
Many thanks for any help.

Has a power OFF of the CBR40 for 30 seconds been performed then back on. Connect a wired PC to the back of the CBR40 and use a web browser to access it's default IP address. 192.168.1.1 or .0.1?
IF this fails to gain access to the CBR40, a factory reset maybe needed. Press the reset button for 15 seconds then release. Walk thru the setup wizard with a wire PC and web browser. You'll need to reset the RBS as well. Wizard will ask you for a new custom SSID name and PW.
