Purchased open box Orbi RBK 50. Already registered?
I purchased the Orbi high performance AC 3000 tri-band system as an open box model. I got the whole thing setup after performing a factory reset, however when completing setup on the NETGEAR Orbi app, it would not allow me to register, stating it is already registered. Any help would be appreciated.

This is the kind of issue that we suggest can be best handled by sending a private message to one of the system moderators by clicking on a link to their name, such as Blanca_O or Dustin_V .
Netgear would rather that people not post sensitive information, such as names, emails, device serial numbers, etc. on this public forum.
