Question about factory reset
Hi there! It was recommended that I do a factory reset after manually installing firmware. Will I need to manually re-pair the satellite that came with my system (I also bought an additional satellite), or just the additional one I bought? Thanks in advance!

If you factory reset and setup the router from scratch and use the same SSID name and PW, the satelliites should reconnect with out having to re-add them. I would turn OFF the satellites first, then reset and set up the router from scratch. After it's set up again, turn on 1 satellite and see if it connects. If so, turn on the 2nd one.

Thanks for this...but when do I reset the satellites? Reset them, then turn them off, then reset the router and set it up (with same SSID and PW), then turn the satellites back on?
And by turn off and turn on, you mean unplug from power then plug back in? Just want to check and make sure it’s some menu thing.
Thanks as always...router spontaneously rebooted again tonight so I’ll be doing this tomorrow. Fingers crossed...
Just turn them OFF either at the switch in back or unplug them...
