RBK 33 Connected but cannot go online

We are in an able to get on our Internet even though it says it is connected. With streaming we get it set up that says it has an Internet connection but when we try to get online it says in network error has occurred. We still are unable to either get on our computers or phones. Can anyone please give us some ideas on how to get this back to working.

    What FW is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?
Is the Orbi system operating in Router or AP mode?

What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and satellite(s)? 30 feet is recommended in between them to begin with depending upon building materials.

Try disabling the following and see:
Daisy Chain, Fast Roaming, IPv6 and Set 20/40Mhz Coexistence to 40Mhz only. Save settings and reboot the router and satellite(s).

Do wired devices get internet access?

    Hi Djohn47

Do you have a device wired to the router? If so, can it go online?

I suggest to turn off and on both the modem and router. Kindly make sure as well that you have Internet connection straight from the modem.

@Blanca_O  is right: start at the beginning.  Do you have a device that can connect with an Ethernet cord (desktop or laptop)?  If you do, then the first step is to connect the device directly to the modem and see what happens when you turn it on.  It should get an address from the modem and be connected to the Internet.  If you do not have something that can be "wired", things get a lot more complicated.

It is probably worth asking how the Orbi was set up to begin with.  i.e. using a "wired" device or a smartphone app?

Since you can connect to the WiFi, what does the "Home Screen" say about Internet  (i.e. "Good")?  On the "Internet" screen just below Home, what IP address does it say was assigned to the Orbi?
