Rbk20 Ethernet backhaul stopped working
For the last two or three firmware versions Ethernet backhaul has stopped working. I’m currently on the latest 2.6.2.104 for both the rbr and rbs. It has always gone through a single switch. I’ve Had the rbk20 for 2 or so years, it only stopped working in 2020. Troubleshooting I removed the switch all together and it still doesn’t work. The cable tests fine.
I saw another article (from 2020) that said green switches may cause issues, however I’ve tried two different switches and even no switch. Even the pro safe switches are green 802az compliant now so that’s not an option. This is clearly a firmware issue.

You can downgrade the firmware if its causing an issue.
What I'd recommend first is a factory reset and reinstall.
Are the satellites on the same firmware version?
