Rbk20 firmware doesn’t update from 2.3.5.30
I’m frustrated as I’m trying to resolve a security issue raised by Netgears own network scan. It said I didn’t have the latest firmware.
I used to the orbi app to check for updates. I got an error. I rebooted. I got a message saying I’m up to date. But I know I’m not, since the latest version is 2.5.x. I’m still on 2.3.x.
I can’t login to http://orbilogin.net/, apparently it’s not the same password as the one I use on the app. I tried the admin/password defaults, did not work. It also failed at resetting the password because my responses don’t match.
Please help. I want to be on the latest firmware to protect my internet.

Wire connect a PC to the router and factory reset the router using the back push pin button. Hold it in for 15 seconds then let go. Wait for the WHITE led to slowly pulsate on top of the RBR, then log in to orbilogin.com using a web browser and walk thru the setup wizard. This time write down all important information for safe keeping later on.

- Could you be more specific as to which documentation? I checked the ones I could, I haven’t been successful yet.

On the right will be the files needed to download, which are
RBR20 Firmware Version 2.5.1.16 and RBS20 Firmware Version 2.5.1.16
As i stated before.. i can't reset my admin password, because i can't remember the answer to my 2 security questions. There are no instructions for this in the manual.
