rbk20 SUDDENTLY failed to USE 1000MBS, instead it stays on 100mbs only

I bought this orbi rbk20 with 7 months ago, used to be able to support my 1gb pc network, but since a week ago, i dont know why it it stayed on 100mbs on all of my pc incluuding desktop and laptop. however when i use the speedtest inside 192.168.1.1 the setup page, it can exceed 100mbs and reach 1000mbs, firmware is v2.5.16, nothing being turned on (without any QoS or anyother speical setting turned off). it isnt about my broswer coz i test with different browser, plz help, thx

    have you tried a different cable? 

    if you log into your cable statistics page, what does it show? (in the browser, log in and click on advanced------>show statistics in the internet port box)

      more info,

      1 wifi is fine, can go very fast speed

      2 same cable, havent upgraded anything including cables

      3 if bypass the orbi, connect directly to the modem, works also fine

        3 if bypass the orbi, connect directly to the modem, works also fine---"works fine" what speeds do you get? works fine doesn't tell us much.
