RBK23-100PES | This NETGEAR device is already registered to another account
Hello, good day we encountered this notification "This NETGEAR device is already registered to another account" this happened after changing iPhone. we can only access the mesh when connected to it's network but we cannot activate the "Enable Anywhere Access" is there a way that we can activate again the access anywhere? please advise, thank you

Sounds like you set it up on the app using a certain emails address and are now using a different one.

Hello, we tried this (updating the firmware) but still the same, we cannot enable the Anywhere Access. Is there a way to find out the registered account of our device?
