RBK33 orbi wifi (SSID) not found
Hello guys, today all the sudden my RBK 33 satellites stopped working and showed solid magenta. I factory reset the main router RBR 40 mutiple times (pressed rest until amber light flashing) and ...
IF the RBR is failing to be connected wireless or wired, even after a reset, the RBR may be faulty and needs to be replace.
Try taking one of the RBS power supplies and connect it to the RBR. There the same I believe. If this fails, seems like the RBR maybe bad.
I would contact NG support and see what your options are.
