RBK40 Orbi connectivity issues (1000Mb)
My ISP provided 1000Mb service with Nokia G-240G-C Modem while my Netgear Orbi AC2200 RBK 40 ,updated with latest firmware, cannot get the DHCP connection. The internet service is fine as my D-Link router work properly, is there any configuration can solve this problem?Thanks.
- The problem has been solved, ISP replied that the port was used by the original router and for 1000Mb connection, we need to turn off the modem half day or simply use another port of the modem

Did you power OFF the modem for 30 seconds along with the RBR, then power on the modem first, then the RBR?
