RBK50 satellite connection with RBS20

Hi everyone,

Needs advice in how to manually connect the RBS 20 to a specific RBS 50, following shows router and satellite positions.

RBK 50 router at ground floor (no other choice)

RBS50 satellite (A) at 1st floor
RBS50 satellite (B) at 2nd floor
RBS20 satellite (C) at third floor

My problem is satellite C automatically connect with satellite A, but not B (actually B and C has the direction of sight, supposing that C should connect to B)

The reality is C always has poor signal as it only connects to A. Could anyone can teach me how to manually assign C connecting with B?

Thank you very much in advance.

You can't manually assign them.  The router assigns them based on a series of factors.

    Things you can try?

    1. Enabling daisy chainging in the settings.

    2. make sure they're far enough apart. They need at least 30 ft between them.

    3. you can try decreasing the wireless broadcast power

    4. you can also try powering them down and then back up in order.

  • If C is directly above A, chances are it may get a better signal off of A rather than B.
