RBK50v2 - no safe internet connection
Hi there,
Being an IT rookie, I am running into trouble installing my Orbi RBK50v2 pack with 1 router and 2 satellites. I have managed to install a part I think, as I have installed and renamed the network to which I can connect in my wifi settings. But when connected to the orbi wifi network and trying to connect to the internet, it does not work. In my browser I get a message that "no safe internet connection could be established."
Anyone any idea what I do wrong?
Thanks a lot
Lars

What Firmware is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?
Is the Orbi system operating in Router or AP mode?Did you walk thru the setup wizard on the RBR with a PC and web browser?

Hi there,
thanks a lot for your reply, but I am afraid you already lost this IT dummy there. I tried to set the system up via the app on my iphone, not via my desktop.
To answer the rest of your questions, I am afraid you need to be a bit clearer.
Thanks again!!

What browser are you using?
Does this happen on all websites, or only on some web sites?
