RBK50v2 - Reads offline and cannot connect to internet
RBK50v2 router reads offline and no internet connection. Have tried resetting modem and router, no luck. Set up satellite and it reads green but any device connected to the network has no internet access. Tried checking for new firmware, but it failes everytime. Any suggestions?

You're not revealing enough about your system and history.
Modem?
How long have you had the Orbi?
Modem is an Arris Surfboard SB8200 DOCSIS 3.1
Contacted the ISP today and got the modem working.
Just got the Orbi RBK50v2 today and trying to set it up.

See if this helps:
Power OFF both modem and RBR for 30 seconds, then turn ON the modem and let it sync. Then turn ON the RBR. Check the status.
What the top ring LED indicate?

You may need to walk thru the setup wizard with a wired PC and web browser...
What FW version is currently loaded on the Orbi?
