RBR 10 wont change channel on 5GHz

Hello! After seeing a couple buffering issues on the 5GHz channel I checked for interference and found quite a bit. When I went to change the channel I found that the 2.4 GHz could be changed but the 5 was greyed out and would not allow any change. Has anyone else seen this? Any help is much appreciated!

Are you using a mobile browser to do this or a PC and web browser?
Has a factory reset been performed and setup from scratch with the RBR using a PC and web browser? Try IE11 or FireFox?

You are correct.  The RBR10 model is "different".  It is a "dual channel" device rather than a "tri channel" device.  The 5G channel is set to 108 or 157 and cannot be changed.  See page 26 of the RBR10 User Manual:

    https://www.downloads.netgear.com/files/GDC/RBK12/RBK12_13_14_UM_EN.pdf

    (also page 130).

5 GHz back haul and front haul:Channel157 for NA,PR,AU,CA,and TWChannel108 for EU, KO, and IN

I have absolutely no idea how Netgear determined that this, but that's what the manual says.
