RBR 40 is dead, cannot reset
Hi, my RBK40 has been working most of the time during last 5 years. However this week I found the router is kind of dead... by "dead" I mean it does nothing is on rather than the green power on light. No top light, does nothing when try to reset, and of course no internet connection or control panel through browser/Orbi app. The satellite on the other hand works fine. Is there still any chance I can bring the router back to life or I need to look at new systems?

Sure, I used a generic router to connect to Internet and used ethernet backhaul to connect the satellite (after reset) to the router, the satellite turned into an AP, allowing other devices to connect to the router through it (both cable and WiFi).

If the router was dead, you wouldn't be able to connect the satellite to it at all.
Can you access the router through the gui? (using its ip address)
